Collective Core has officially started using an online account service called FreshBooks. This service does everything from time tracking to invoicing and even expense tracking. Freshbooks will even print and send invoices for you, all at a vary reasonable price. Quickbooks has been the leading small business accounting software out there for sometimes, but with all the negative reviews of the 2009 version of Quickbooks, I decided to look elsewhere. I think Quickbooks should be worried!

By using FreshBooks, we will be able to spend less time bookkeeping, and more time focused on your project. All invoices issued from June 28th and on will be issued via this service whether it is sent by email or by snail mail. Besides cutting back on bookkeeping time, this new service will help us to provide you with more accurate descriptions of invoice items, as well as give you exact time tracking statistics for your project.
